The Patient Registration Department at Palms West Hospital welcomes you to our website. We provide several services that make hospital stays easier. These specific include Pre-Registration, Switchboard, Information Desk and Registration.

Inpatient Registration Information

Pre-Registration

The Pre-Registration Department is open 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. To make an appointment please call 561.798.6084. At any other time, inclusive of holidays, services are provided through ER Registration Monday to Friday.

Outpatient Registration Information

Registration

Palms West Hospital has several outpatient registration areas. Our main registration department is open 7 days a week 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. Any after hours registrations are handled by the Emergency Room Registration Department. On-site registration areas are Admission/ER, Radiology, and Same Day Surgery.

• 24-Hour Emergency Room Registration 798-6085
• Radiology (MRI, CT, US, Nuclear Medicine) registration hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm 561-798-6043. Registrations after 4pm are done in our main registration department.
• Central Scheduling hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 516.784.3126
